The terms governing use of TESUKO
These terms govern use of TESUKO ("the platform," "we"), operated by Arm Your Friends, by fulfillment vendors running their operations on it (a "Vendor," such as Tekton LA) and the store owners connected to a Vendor ("Clients").
The service
We provide the software for print-on-demand order routing, production tracking, and invoicing between a Client's Shopify store and a Vendor's fulfillment operation. Orders are only produced for collections/items a Client has explicitly confirmed for fulfillment.
Service level agreement (SLA)
Each Client and their Vendor agree on a production turnaround time (in business days), shown on the platform once both sides confirm it. Clients may reference this agreed number in their own product descriptions, but should not publish a number that hasn't been mutually accepted on the platform, and should update their storefront promptly if the agreed number changes.
Invoicing and payment
A Vendor bills its Clients for the actual cost of production (blank cost plus fulfillment fee) once orders are batched for a production run, not as a percentage of retail price. Invoices are due per the payment terms shown on each invoice; late payment may pause fulfillment for that Client's account.
Account suspension
A Vendor may pause or suspend a Client's account for non-payment, policy violations, or at its discretion with reasonable notice, per the account's entitlement status shown in the platform.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided as-is. TESUKO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from delays, sync errors, or third-party service outages (Shopify, payment, shipping, or messaging providers), and is not a party to the fulfillment relationship between a Vendor and its Clients.
