Terms of Service
The terms governing use of TESUKO. Last updated August 2026.
These terms govern use of TESUKO ("the platform," "we"), operated by Arm Your Friends, by fulfillment factories running their operations on it (a "Factory") and the shop owners connected to a Factory ("Shops"). By creating an account or using TESUKO, you agree to these terms.
The service
We provide the software for print-on-demand order routing, production tracking, and invoicing between a Shop's Shopify store (or direct storefront) and a Factory's fulfillment operation. Orders are only produced for products/collections a Shop has explicitly confirmed for fulfillment.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under it. Factories and Shops may invite team members; each member's access level is set by the account owner. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Your content
You retain ownership of any artwork, designs, and files you upload. By uploading content, you grant TESUKO and the Factory(ies) you're connected to a limited license to store, display, reproduce, and modify it solely as needed to produce and ship your orders (including AI-based automated processing such as vectorization, where you choose to use it. See our Privacy Policy). You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload; don't upload content you don't have permission to use or print. You can delete your own uploaded files at any time from within the product builder.
Acceptable use
Don't use TESUKO to upload or produce content that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have the rights to print; don't attempt to access another account's data, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer the platform.
Third-party services
TESUKO relies on third-party services to operate: Shopify, Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Stripe, and others listed in our Privacy Policy. We're not responsible for outages or errors originating from those services, though we'll work to minimize their impact.
Service level agreement (SLA)
Each Shop and their Factory agree on a production turnaround time (in business days), shown on the platform once both sides confirm it. Shops may reference this agreed number in their own product descriptions, but should not publish a number that hasn't been mutually accepted on the platform, and should update their storefront promptly if the agreed number changes.
Invoicing and payment
A Factory bills its Shops for the actual cost of production (blank cost plus fulfillment fee) as soon as an order enters production, not as a percentage of retail price and not before production has actually started. Invoices are due per the payment terms shown on each invoice; late payment may pause fulfillment for that Shop's account. Payments are processed through Stripe under a Factory's own connected Stripe account. The Factory, not TESUKO, is the merchant of record for that transaction.
Account suspension and termination
A Factory may pause or suspend a Shop's account for non-payment, policy violations, or at its discretion with reasonable notice, per the account's entitlement status shown in the platform. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or the acceptable-use section above.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. TESUKO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from delays, sync errors, or third-party service outages (Shopify, payment, shipping, or messaging providers), and is not a party to the fulfillment relationship between a Factory and its Shops.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where required, notify you directly. Continued use of TESUKO after a change means you accept the updated terms.
