How TESUKO handles your data
This policy covers how TESUKO ("the platform", operated by Arm Your Friends) handles data for fulfillment vendors using the platform (such as Tekton LA), the store owners connected to them, their customers, and vendor staff.
What we collect
- Store account info: shop domain, contact name/email, Shopify OAuth access token.
- Order data synced from Shopify: customer name, email, phone, shipping address, order/line-item contents.
- Production data: blank selections, pricing, proof approvals, tracking numbers.
- Staff and store-owner account credentials, managed via Supabase Auth.
How we use it
Solely to fulfill orders: routing to production, generating invoices, sending status/SLA/payment notifications, and displaying order status to the store owner and their customers.
Who we share it with
Service providers acting on our behalf, each only for their specific function: Shopify (order sync), Supabase (database/storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and, once configured, Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Invoice2go (invoicing), and Uber Direct (delivery quotes). We do not sell data to anyone.
Retention and deletion
Order and account data is retained for as long as the store's account is active plus a reasonable period for tax/accounting records. A store owner or customer may request deletion by contacting us below, subject to records we're legally required to keep.
Your Privacy Choices (California residents)
Tekton is based in Los Angeles, California. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front — but California residents still have the right to know what personal information we hold, request a copy of it, request correction or deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any of these, contact us below with "CCPA request" in the subject line; we'll respond within the timeframe required by law.
